Meet Leonard NewMAN

Although he has an extensive real estate background, Leonard Newman is actively involved in alternative dispute resolution, directing a private mediation practice specializing in real estate disputes. His unique qualification as a real estate mediator stems from over 17 years as a real estate practitioner, and his experience and contract knowledge are the result of his transacting and managing over $1.5 billion in real estate sales since 2008.

Leonard is a member in good standing of the National Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, the Orange County Association of Realtors, and the Laguna Board of Realtors. He has been appointed the 2018 Professional Standards Chair for the Laguna Board of Realtors and the Orange County Association of Realtors. Along with his many affiliations, Leonard serves as an OCAR Mediator, an Arbitration Hearing Panel Presiding Officer, an Ethics Advocate, and served as Association Director in 2015.
